We have been where you are now, confused before the reasoning tests or wondering what was the meaning of a “notice of competition”. Or even asking yourself whether it’s possible to pass these “impossible” competitions. The short answers is yes, it is possible to pass because we have done it, and now it’s time we turn our experience into a methodology to help you.

Composed by engineers, coaches, EU staff and split between Madrid and Brussels, the YSE team brings the best of both worlds (inside and outside the institutions) to help candidates from the 27 Member States to achieve their objectives in the Institutions while turning the experience into something fun and useful.

If you can read Spanish, you will be wondering why “semos” and not “somos”. It’s easy. It’s our way to tell you that we are not very serious about HOW we help you, but we do our best to make smile while you learn and practice. Things are understood better this way. However, we are “Europeos” (“Europeans”), meaning that we are terribly serious about achieving your goal: becoming part of the European Institutions.
YSE offers training and sessions designed to educate people about the European Union (EU) through engaging and interactive methods. These sessions aim to make learning about the EU accessible and entertaining, The training covers various aspects of EU policies, institutions, and current issues, with the goal of helping participants understand the complexities of the EU in a more enjoyable and relatable way.
